Horizon
Horizon is a community portal for York Hospital Trust and Selby & York Primary Care Trust.
A large and ongoing project, this is my day job. The portal is accessible internally by all the 7000+ members of both trusts. I am responsible for the design and development of the system. Everything from the overal look, to developing specific features, to meet the needs of the local health community.
The system has a full content management database which allows users to write their own content based on the templates I design. Along with the design, and development of the system, I also run training workshops to ensure people get the most out of the system.
